Do you ship to all areas in Sri Lanka?

Yes! We offer island-wide delivery to all districts in Sri Lanka, including remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over Rs. 1,000 automatically qualify for free standard delivery island-wide. The discount is applied at checkout.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest courier office for pickup. You'll receive SMS notifications with instructions.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, you can change your delivery address before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at +94 72 989 8453 or email us with your order number.

How is my saree packaged for shipping?

Each saree is carefully folded, wrapped in protective tissue paper, and placed in a sturdy box with bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

While we take great care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
